If you want to cancel the contract within 15 days, you can return the products by sending the order the same way that you received and sent by certified mail. If the fault was ours, send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will replace it as soon as possible at no extra cost. (Our fault is considered when: if you lack something in the order, we have sent the wrong product or service you have come into disrepair)
If you want to return / exchange the product for personal reasons (I do not like, do not hit me the color, I want largest) within a period of one week from receipt of the product, we will be happy to make the change or refund however shipping costs must be paid by the customer. From the 8th to change a product or a voucher for the amount of the returned order will be made.
You will not have any right to cancel a Contract for the supply of any of the following products: Custom products
PROCEDURE FOR RETURNS:
1) Send an email to email@example.com and we will inform how to proceed.
2) It shall appear on the package sender, order number and reason for return.
3) Once we have your product in the office and ensure it is in perfect condition, we will proceed as appropriate (see above) to change the product, the cash payment in the same way as paid or a voucher worth amount.
